He fails to give the audience any of his Personal Energy. <p> The great irony of the above example is that this individual has more physical and personal energy and passion for his activities than most people even dream about. So it was there, but he couldn t show it, it stayed hidden. He needed to channel some that energy into the communication process. People didn t really care about what he had done, they are much more interested in what made him do it, that is the mystery that we are driven to solve.
